How can I remove small skin blemishes in portrait photos in Toronto

I was doing some headshots for a friend here in Toronto yesterday. They were really worried about a couple of temporary skin blemishes and a stray hair. I told them not to worry about it at all. I used the AI Object Remover tool to just tap them away in the final edits. It is much softer and more realistic than the old "clone stamp" tools I used to use back in the day. The skin texture stayed looking like real skin, not like plastic or a filter. It is a nice little trick for quick retouching when you don't have time for a full edit session. Do you find these AI tools better than traditional software for portrait work? I feel like it is much more subtle and saves a lot of clicking.
