Is burnout during online exams normal—or am I just overthinking it?
Hey everyone, I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately. Between long screen hours, lectures, and constant online assessments, it’s hard to stay motivated. I’m trying to push through, but sometimes I just sit there thinking, Maybe someone else could take my online exam for me , Has anyone else felt this way? How do you bounce back from burnout during exam season?

You’re definitely not alone burnout during online exams is more common than people admit. The constant screen time and pressure to stay productive can really wear you down. Sometimes it even makes you wonder if you should just take my exam online for me and get some relief. What’s helped me is stepping away for a bit, setting smaller goals, and reminding myself it’s okay to rest.
